Breakfast...
At least once a week (sometimes more) I like to make a really special breakfast.
Pancakes with strawberry jelly, oranges, bananas and yogurt.
Oh baby!

Oh So Good...
Am I the only one who thinks cinnamon rolls are the ultimate breakfast?
I just love their ooey, gooey-ness... (yes I made up the words... and the spellings)
I like to throw the ingredients together at night before I go to bed and then toss it all in the oven in the morning.
Nothing wakes the kids up like the smell of cinnamon rolls baking in the oven...

What more could I ask for...
Sunday morning, I admit, we skipped church.
I was exhausted.
I needed a rest.
We took a day for our family and decided to do a big family breakfast.
We made homestyle potatoes and
Hallelujah!!
These were so good!
We made homemade apple fritters.
These were so fantastic.
I will definitely be making these again.
We topped it off with bacon and upside down pineapple muffins.
These are the kids favorites.
They are so incredibly yummy and easy to make.
A lazy sunday morning, filled with happy memories of a yummy breakfast...
What more could I ask for?

breakfast...
I made blueberry pancakes earlier in the week. The family ate some and I threw a bunch in the freezer. They were delicious... Or so I'm told...I didn't get any because the little munchkins are fast as lightening.
This morning, I can sit...ahem...Lay...here because I am pulling some of these lovelies out of the freezer to feed the young pups. You can bet, however, that this time I am grabbing one before the moochers can steal them all.

declares the Lord,
"plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future..."
