On That Promise...

Sometimes things don't happen the way we planned for... or hoped for.

Sometimes, people let us down.

Sometimes we spend a little too much time wallowing in self pity.  (In my mind.. any wallowing is too much.)

Sometimes we expect too much.

Christ tells us to "lean on Him".

For me, that means when humans fail me my loving Savior is there for me.  Always.

He never leaves me or forsakes me.

On that promise I can rely.
