I honestly don't know and I am so tired this morning that I am not going to go look...

Some pretty severe storms came through last night and Momma was up making sure all was safe.

This morning, things are beautiful.

Although I did find visiting Raider in the basement and a broken window where he had managed to get in... again.

He just wasn't meant to be an outside dog.

We spoiled him.

He needs Uncle to come back from his trip and take him back to his warm house in Arkansas.

So...

now that I have rambled a bit...

I Fear...

that all of these pictures taken a week or so ago are giving you a false idea of our weather...

We had a couple of semi warm days...
in which the kids dressed in the summery clothes...
because they are sick of their cold weather clothes...

But the reality is that it snowed 2 days ago...
just a little... but it was snow...
and the temperature today is going to have to fight whole heartedly to make it out of the 40's...

This has been the longest wait for warm weather that I can remember!

An Important Letter...

First there were no leaves...

then there were some leaves...

...and then

there were tons of leaves.

Believe it or not...

they are forecasting snow for the next couple of days.

Ummmm...

Mr. Weatherman,

Please stop trying to kill me with this cold weather.

Things would go much better for both of us if you would do things...

Oh the Joy...

Someone told me that I don't put enough pictures of myself on here, so this is to satisfy that person!I thought this was hilarious...

We were driving around town for 2 or 3 days after Christmas and couldn't figure out why we hadn't seen any snow plows. The roads were horrible and people were sliding all over the place.
Well, we finally found out that the state/city is struggling with their budget and decided that the good folks in Utah should know how to drive in the snow... I mean, after all, we do live in Utah! So, our roads are a mess! People are sliding and spinning.
Thank the good Lord that over the next couple of weeks I will be at home more than out.

My brother did remind me that we haven't really hit the worst weather around here. That generally comes in January and early February.

Oh the joy!!

This is what it is like to live in a winter wonderland...

By the way, my brother said it was 83 degrees in Florida the day after Christmas!
