The Pioneer Woman Cooks! » Blog Archive » Sleepin’ in Omelette

I have to make breakfast for a sunday school class in a couple of weeks. I was glancing at some recipes from ladies I like to "visit" on their blogs and saw this yummy creation. This sounds so good. I may have to give this a trial run. Yessss... I just may have to do that.

The Pioneer Woman Cooks! » Blog Archive » Sleepin’ in Omelette:

Cut 1 1/2 sticks butter into pats and place over the top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
